Complaints and Grievance Cell

Disha Eye Hospitals has an active complaints and grievance cell in every branch. We have a complaints and grievance officer who handles the complaints and directly reports to the management. There are different mediums by which a patient/person accompanying a patient can file a complaint during working hours of the hospital.
